“The apartment is great in terms of cleanliness. However the whatsapp customer service response is pretty slow and there are 2 numbers to contact, the general and the host. “The residence's location is the best, just 10 mins walk to KLCC. The residence was spacious and bright. The staff sent detailed message to me explaining the check-in procedure, very helpful indeed.
