“The building is not as well insulated as you would expect. We could hear other people upstairs talking on the phone. My wife was disturbed by someone upstairs snoring at night. Parking space was limited and we were lucky that other guests did not have cars. The last part of the road to the accommodation (about 0.5 km) was like an abandoned road and difficult to drive.
