Lae Nani Resort Kaua'i #312, Beautiful Oceanfront Unit on a Tropical Beachfront Oasis. This Kauai Vacation Rental is conveniently located in Kapaa Town within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and just steps to beautiful sandy beaches.

Rare, 1-bedroom, 2-bath, with a large private lanai overlooking the Pacific Ocean where whales can be seen in the winter months and spectacular sunrises yearlong. Turnkey and fully furnished 800 square feet of interior area plus a 150 square-foot oceanfront lanai.

King Bed in the Bedroom and Queen Sofa Sleeper in the Living Area. Complimentary TV cable, parking, Internet/Wifi, washer and dryer in the. Kauai's trade winds provide a lovely breeze throughout the condo and for your comfort the unit is now air conditioned. Each room is also furnished with ceiling and portable fans. Pack n Play Crib available upon request. Beach Gear provided includes: Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler.

#312 is the closest 1-bedroom to the ocean at beautiful Lae Nani. Enjoy swimming or snorkeling in the ocean, relax on the beach to the sound of breaking waves, or lounge at the beautiful ocean-side pool. Outdoor tennis courts and barbecues available for guest use.

Centrally located on Kauai's scenic, Royal Coconut Coast on the east side of Kaua'i makes it easy to explore the opposite sides of the island. Swim, surf, boogie board, snorkel, and fish on your Kaua'i vacation. Our concierge is here to assist with the fun stuff such as ATV Tours, Horseback Riding, Napali Coast Tours, Kayaking, Zip lining, Luau's and more!

The oceanfront Wailua Golf Course, rated one of the top municipal golf courses in the nation, is a 5-6 minute drive away.

Rent bikes at the Coconut Market Place next door and follow the coastal path that runs in front of the condo to the south which will take you to the Wailua River and Beach. Travel north past the Coconut Marketplace and you will see all the charm Historic Kapa'a town has to offer. Enjoy miles of scenic ocean views, explore the Wailua River, take a boat ride up it to the Fern Grotto or kayak to the Secret Falls Trailhead. Opaeka'a Falls and the Kaua'i Hindu Monastery is just a short drive up the hill.

Condo was very clean and well decorated. view out to ocean across the beautifully landscaped grounds was priceless. Air conditioning was a nice luxury. very handy to have beach chairs, umbrella, yoga mats, and ice chest to use. Kitchen very well stocked. pool area was beautiful!! Enjoyed sitting on beach watching the waves. Easy walk to restaurant/bar next door (Lava Lava Beach Club). Would definitely return to this little secluded paradise again!

Perfect Location
I was worried about staying in the "middle" when I booked, but am so glad I did. We had an easy drive to the north shore, the Wimea Canyon, and South Shore from our location. If we had stayed to the north or south the drives would have been longer and our days would have been spent traveling instead of enjoying the island. It would be nice if the description included that there are beach chairs, cooler, boogie board, umbrella, laundry detergent, etc (not having to pack the small stuff) makes life less stressful. It was nice also have coffee available for our first morning since we got in late on our arrival to the condo. When we return to Kauai we definitely will be staying in this complex again. We may need a bigger one or 2 since we will be bringing the whole family.

Great condo and location
We had an amazing vacation. The condo was great as well as the location. The only issues we had were with the TVs. Also, the sign asks to take off shoes before entering the condo and unfortunately, somebody needed mine more than I did. The next day they were gone. One suggestion I would like to make is to purchase some non-stick pans. I tried to fry some eggs in the metal pan provided and it was a no-go! Other than that it was a perfect vacation. We will for sure come back.

Great location on Kauai for relaxation! Centrally located. Located withing walking distance for food, beverage, and shopping. Private Beach, but with a larger public beach just steps away. Photos are as advertised. I know that mattresses are personal to everyone, but the mattress in this unit is very soft. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Great location and beautiful view! Condo was only a few steps from the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. We didn't have a need to contact the property manager during our stay but communication prior to was very thorough. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property in a great location!
Kapaa is close to the airport and centrally located which was good for us. The property is maybe 100’ from the small beach. The grounds are spectacular! If the property owner doesn’t send you a gate code, be sure to ask for it. Not having one, and not realizing we needed one, made check in (in the dark) unnecessarily tricky. Also ask for the code to get you through the pedestrian gate. We didn’t realize we needed that, either, and it wasn’t provided. But don’t let that dissuade you. It’s a great place to stay!

Wonderful stay - Highly recommend!
Stayed 10 nights and could not speak more highly of our stay. The unit is exactly as pictured--even bigger in person. Everything was clean and check in/communication could not have been easier. Was the perfect unit for our first trip with our infant... ground floor, so we could put her down for naps, but still enjoy being outside. The unit is right around the corner from the pool (literally steps away), along with the small beach directly in front of the unit. We were very lucky, and most days the water was calm enough that our 5 month old could wade in the water--even better than baby beach at Poipu, because it was WAY less crowded. The grounds were meticulously kept and the unit felt updated. Highly recommend!

My husband and I loved the Lae Nani grounds and view of the ocean and the Condo was great and looked just as it was shown in the listing. Especially liked attention to small things like having a water pitcher with a filter in the fridge. Hope to be back.

Communication with the property manager was great, the property was clean, and the view from the place was beautiful. The Location was close to grocery stores (Safeway and Food-mart), restaurants, and coffee shops. There was a great little coffee shop next door called Imua Coffee Roasters- so good! Thanks Steve!!

This property is perfectly located and well appointed. I could walk to yoga on the beach next door to the property or just sit on the lanai and enjoy the view of the coastline. The onsite manager was helpful and around when needed. Highly recommend this condo!

Excellent location to everything on island, owner thought of everything!
Everything was perfect from location of condo, to the cleanliness, to the perfectly manicured grounds! We NEVER do condos , only homes and always on the water, this was excellent! Patio area perfect and private, felt like the beach was your own, all units very quiet. Very spacious, kitchen excellent! Spices, coffee filters, Kleenex,TP baggies EVERYTHING! We got up early everyday to hiked came back and cooked dinner in the evening and sat on the patio. Great beach chairs, towels, cooler that we took with us everyday( you never know what you might discover) Umbrella, boogie boards etc! Laundry room clean and very convenient! Detergent for $1.00 available. Had an issue with our microwave and the owner immediately took care of it! Bed super comfortable with nice bedding, ceiling fan and AC in bedroom. 2 ceiling fans and great ocean breeze in the living room. Can’t say enough about this spot! It was perfect! So much more to explore and hike that we will be back!!! Thanks for a great Kauai experience!!!!
