“The place in general was dirty. The lobby was really well kept, but everything else was really dirty. The room was very humid even though we tried to fix it with the AC, all of our stuff got very humid. Staff was nice and helpful. Food was blend. ”

“Oh boy, where do I start? The first night there was an electrical closet beside my room that hummed every 10 seconds for 10 seconds all night. Breakfast was pretty well all Indonesian food except for an omelette, the second room smelled very strongly of a solvent or cleaner, so strong it gave me a headache, I didn’t stay more than 5 minutes before I left, the next room was next door to it and it was the same, the hotel guy that accompanied me walked in and walked out of both. “This is a terrible hotel. This was my second time staying here as a transit hotel after diving in Raja Ampat and before flight to Jakarta. First time wasn’t so bad, except the concierge staff was reluctant to give me change from dinner until I said I’m leaving for airport now, if no change now I call the police. This second time was a complete nightmare. The water wasn’t hot at all, they said i just need to let the water run for 10-15 minutes. I ran for 5 minutes and decided it was a waste of……

“I missed a window. The room was ok, had a fridge but not working... Airco and bathroom were good, although small bottle of toiletries. I had hooped for breakfast some more European food, such as yoghurt or chocolate creme.”

“Camera vecchia con finestre che non si chiudevano del tutto quindi entrava un sacco di rumore non si poteva dormire. Fortuma son stata solo una notte. Biancheria del bagno grigia o ingiallita. Pareti sporche e con muffa. Assolutamente intollerabile per uno standard minimo a cui siamo abituati in italia.”
