Upgraded 3 Bed, 3 Bath Townhome in Ko Olina Kai Golf Estates

This Ko Olina Kai villa is a fabulously furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bath. When you walk in you will find a queen bedroom with a large closet and flat screen TV. There is a full bath on the main floor alongside a full laundry room with energy efficient machines. As you enter the great room, you will find an open floor plan and high ceilings. The spacious kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and tools you will need to make yourself at home. There is a gorgeous family dining table and stools cozying up to the bar. The living room has everything you will need for relaxing in style including a giant flatscreen TV with satellite cable, Blueray and DVR. The living room is open and bright with an incredibly comfortable sectional couches.

As you head upstairs you will overlook the great room peering over the side. The master suite features a massive bathroom with a huge tub with a separate shower. The large master bedroom offers a king-size bed and flat-screen TV with a spacious balcony for enjoying outdoor Hawaiian living. The second guest suite has two twin beds and a large closet. The guest room will enjoy its own full bathroom with a tub and shower.

This home is within walking distance to Ko Olina's championship golf course and an array of excellent restaurants and shops. Wander down to the famous Ko Olina lagoons for a brisk walk along the paved beach path or simply relax in the sun and sand. The Ko Olina resort is known for having everything you need at your fingertips, so sit back, relax and enjoy the sunset in paradise!

Great stay in great area!
This is our third time back to Ko olina area (we love it with kids), but first time at this property. It was perfect for our family and very spacious which we loved. Would stay here again!

Little human contact- good emails- hard to navigate when you arrive- but since your here for a month- you are able to work through logistics.
