The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful and the evening reception was a great touch. We loved the pool! It was so unique with excellent vibes. Beautiful property, friendly service, everything was easy and surprisingly quiet for such a large resort! The pools and lagoons give ample opportunity for refresh and relax. A definite return stay is in the future.

Hotel was just beautiful, however after visiting 6 times over the years I find out now that my family has grown they charge for my 19 and 22 year old, this is the dumbest thing ever as the adult kids don't even want to be there as they don't use any
I do not recommend this property they charge more for adult kids that don't use the property but to sleep simply extortion!!!! We stayed here 5 times while kids were young and used the property now they charge for them NEVER AGAIN!!!

Very disappointing for a Disney resort. very expensive for me and little options. Food and drink over priced. Even if we hadn't traveled during the coronavirus outbreak it would still be disappointing. But maid Gene Pearl was awesome.
Very nice kept up town. The Cheesecake Factory and Assaggio's are great restaurants (Though calling Assaggio's to make reservations, the guy was rude). They have good shopping there. They also have a Wal Mart.
Very relaxing! If you need some time off from work and the daily routine make sure to come here!
