Newly Remodeled and Furnished 3 Bed, 3 Bath Townhome in Ko Olina Kai (1051D)

This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2- story fully furnished corporate or vacation rental. It is decorated with all new furnishings, creating a tasteful and elegant tropical island theme. The home has central A/C and ceiling fans throughout for your comfort. Also on the main floor, alongside the entryway is a full laundry room with energy efficient washer and dryer.

The home has also been upgraded with all new flooring. All bedrooms feature tropical artwork to match the design of the house. Off of the inviting entryway is the first guest bedroom. This downstairs guest room includes a large Queen sized bed, large closet and flatscreen Smart TV. Next to the guest room is a full bath.

The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with all new stainless steel appliances and all the tools and amenities you would need to make yourself at home. There is a large family dining table with chairs allowing comfortable seating for six, as well as barstools for cozying up to the breakfast bar. Just outside the dining room is the lanai with a gas grill, table and chairs that allow for al fresco dining in the soothing Hawaiian air.

As you enter back into the great room, you will find a spacious and open floor plan with extra high ceilings. The living room has everything you will need for relaxing in style, including a giant 65” flatscreen Smart TV with cable, as well as, WiFi with high speed (400 Mbps) internet throughout the house. The living room is beautifully designed with comfortable seating for all, including sofa, loveseat and chair, as well as, two large ottomans that can serve as extra seating and even convert into two twin beds, if needed.

As you head upstairs, you can overlook the great room. Tropical artwork adorns the walls as you walk through the home. The magnificently appointed master suite offers a California King sized bed, nightstands with hidden power and USB chargers as well as a large flatscreen Smart TV. There is a spacious balcony lanai with sitting area for enjoying the relaxing Hawaiian trade wind breezes. The master suite also features a walk-in closet and a huge bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower, along with his and hers sink areas.

The second floor guest suite includes 2 twin beds, a trundle bed, under bed storage drawers and a large closet. This room has its own flatscreen Smart TV as well. The guest room will also enjoy its own full bathroom with tub and shower.

Per the zoning laws of Oahu this home has a minimum 29 night rental. The nightly rental rate advertised would be multiplied by the number of nights rented; with a minimum of 29 nights.

This home is within walking distance to Disney's Aulani, the Four Seasons, Ko'Olina championship golf course and an array of excellent restaurants and shops. Wander down to the famous Ko'Olina lagoons for a brisk walk along the paved beach path or simply relax in the sun and sand. Amazing Family Vacation
Thank-you for allowing us to stay at your property. It's a beautiful home that is obviously cared for very well. It was very clean & we have never stayed at a place that is so well stocked with absolutely everything you need. We so appreciated having the wagon, cooler & beach chairs for trips to the beach & pool. We left a beach umbrella for the next guests to enjoy. There were tons of beach & bath towels & bed linens. The kitchen was well stocked & we enjoyed many family meals as a result. A starter supply of dishwasher tabs, hand soap, laundry soap, toilet paper and paper towels was also appreciated. The ambassador, Jason was very helpful & readily available when needed. The blender leaked & he immediately replaced it with a new one. The pictures in the unit are hung with double sided tape & a couple of them fell off the wall during our stay - startling us a bit. All in all, a very wonderful place to spend your vacation. Just a couple of things that might improve stays for future guests - a small starter supply of salt and pepper would be an asset and maybe consider replacing the family room furniture. After enjoying all the amenities available to us during our stay (pool, hot tub, pickle ball, gym, etc.) our family would pit in for the night to watch movies in the main living area but found the furniture extremely uncomfortable. We could feel springs through the cushions & our backs were sore after a short time. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We loved this vacay rental! The layout is perfect and spacious. The kitchen is large and well equipped for cooking. It was clean and had everything we needed for our month stay. Beach things (coolers, chairs, wagon, boogie boards, sand toys.). We had our daughter and her family of 4 join us for one of the weeks during our stay. They have a 2 year old and 5 month old and it was a great set up for them as well. The room With the single beds was perfect for littles! Love that there are three bathrooms as well. The pool and area is truly beautiful. Lots of spots if you want to Lounge in the shade or sun. Pool is great for kids too. Ko’olina Kai is a safe beautifully kept property. we loved the pathways from it to the lagoons, the golf and country club (we got a gym pass for the month and it was a 5 minute walk there). It’s just over 1km walk to the lagoon as well. I would 100 percent stay here again! It was top Notch! Ola properties were great to work with and answer any questions we had. Such a great vacay!! Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful time and appreciated all the beach towels, chairs and wagon that were provided. The location is great with just a few minute drive to the lagoons and a short walk to the pool. We booked the unit because it says in the listing there was a gas grill, which there isn't so that was a real bummer since the BBQ's at the pool were closed for most of our stay. They did get a couple going but anytime we tried they were occupied. Other than that it was all really great and certainly recommend booking!

We really enjoyed the property at ko Olina Kai. The pool is close by and it is a 10 minute walk to the beach. The unit had everything we needed to cook our own meals and also provided beach towels and toys. Would stay again for sure.

Great family home
Our family loved staying at Ko olina Kai. We felt very safe and everyone was kind in the neighborhood. The home was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. The pool was closed for 2/3 of our stay which was a little dissappointing, but once it opened back up we really loved using it.
