“Okay room but terrible experience. I have areservation of 2 bedrooms, but was provided with 1 room when we arrived. We tried to show the owner what we have booked, the confirm letter from hotels, with my name my room details and all details. But he just refused to communicate, shouting at us he didn't know what we say, he has no mistake, we are the liers, take or leave! We have a business meeting that evening so we have no choice but accept. but this is not the worst of what happened. about……

“El apartamento es muy amplio y tiene todo lo basico, le faltan algunos detallet para ser excelente, pero lo básico lo tiene, sobretodo para unos días de trabajo. “Upon arrival in my room the smell that greeted me was unbearable. It was coming from the drains and the whole room smelt awful. When shown the only other available room which was adjacent to my room, that room smelt also badly of drains. Thankfully Aiden was very helpful and allowed me to move to a flat in the hypnos residences which was wonderful and much preferable to the hotel. “Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer groß und absolut sauber. Großer Nachteil: es war vom Fahrtlärm der Straße dermaßen laut, dass ich keine Nacht gut schlafen konnte. Die Lage ist soweit ok, man sollte aber vorher wissen, dass der nächste Supermarkt/Pub einfach 1,5 Kilometer entfernt liegen und das Zentrum nochmal 300 Meter weiter entfernt liegt. Dafür sind der Preis inklusive Frühstück trotzdem ziemlich gut.”

“we arrived late to the hotel, first had to pull luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the reception. then when we entered the room it was not as fancy looking as in the pictures, and bath towels were dangling in the bathroom, and we weren't sure if they were clean. bathroom is small and very squished. ”
