"We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. The apartment, although nicely done up with modern facilities, was a little dusty when we got there and essential amenities..."

"The building was new, and we were its first guests. There were numerous defects, as well as fixtures and finishes that had not been properly installed to ensure guest safety, along with plumbing and electrical issues. Furthermore, the chalet had not been adequately cleaned following the construction and finishing work. I informed the hotel staff, and they promised to address the matter so that future guests would not encounter the same problems."
