“We stayed at Alla Pescheria in Rovinj from Nov.19-20. The town was quiet during our visit, with many shops were closed, and the weather was rainy but mild. The building is old, but the rooms are modern and well-designed. Avior provided an electric vehicle upon arrival, and Manuel was very helpful, assisting with our luggage and navigating the steep, narrow stairs to the room. “we enjoyed our stay here in Rovinj - the apartment has been updated and was spacious and clean . the location was great - in the old town , steps away from the market , restaurants and water . you definitely do not need a car from here. the manager was attentive and responsive . it is an old building and the stairs to get up to the property are very steep and narrow which could be an issue for some.”

Lavatrice, terrazzo dove si può anche pranzare e nel nostro caso visto il periodo anche il riscaldamento. Ubicato in un quartiere residenziale molto silenzioso. “Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und komplett eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und spricht sehr gut deutsch, somit war die Kommunikation problemlos möglich. Seine Tochter lebt auf der Anlage und hat den Check-in übernommen, das war in ca. 5 Minuten erledigt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Bungalow auf der großzügigen Anlage. Einiges Manko ist, dass man auf ein Auto/Fahrzeug angewiesen ist, um z.B in die Stadt oder an den Strand zu kommen. Zu Fuß ist es zu weit und der Weg führt……
