Cima Pisciadu stands at 2985 meters high. It features a long approach, stunning scenery, great climbing sections, and a highlight—a suspension bridge. It's one of the most frequented via ferratas in the Dolomites and is rated as a C via ferrata. This is also the name of our holiday apartment, 2P Pisciadu. The apartment has the following features: \- 60 tried-and-tested excursion destinations available in Italian and German. \- Experience the Dolomites and East Tyrol. Kitchen - Modern Design: \- Electric stove with 2 burners, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment. \- Includes dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery. \- Kitchen was newly built in 2016. Da wir zum ersten Mal in der Gegend Osttirol (Gailtal) im Urlaub waren, war die Größe der Unterkunft aber auch nicht so wichtig.Vielmehr war das sehr gute Preis - Leistungsverhältnis das vorerst ausschlaggebende Argument. Für uns war dann das kleine aber sehr schnuckelige Appartement genau das Richtige, sehr sauber, ruhige Lage Parkplatz vor der Türe, riesengroßer TV mit Smart-Funktionen, Sonnenbalkon, perfekter Brötchenservice der tollen Bäckerei Rainer aus Sillian, und die liebe Herzlichkeit von Maria und Georg. Wir waren überwältigt von der Gegend mit den unzähligen Ausflugs - und Wandermöglichkeiten, in nächster Umgebung, wobei es uns Obertilliach, besonders angetan hat. Das komplette Gailtal und Lesachtal zu befahren ist schon die absolute Wucht. Alles zu bewandern würde 3 Wochen Urlaub in Anspruch nehmen. Weitere Ausflüge nach Lienz, Innichen, Sexten, Toblach und Antholz sind innerhalb kurzer Zeit zu erreichen und auch sehr empfehlenswert. Die Fahrt von Toblach nach Cortina d´Ampezzo vorbei an den berühmten 3 Zinnen waren auch ein Highlight was unbedingt angesehen werden muß. Das Villgratental mit den ganzen tollen kleinen Bergsteigerdörfern sind ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Die Vermieter waren total herzlich und hilfsbereit, sowohl bei Tipps für/zu geplante Touren als auch beim abendlichen gemütlichen Tratsch. Die Familie Köck vermietet insgesamt 5 Wohnungen, wir hatten eine 20 qm Einzimmerwohnung mit separaterm Bad für 10 Tage. Lediglich das Bett war durch sein hochgezoges Fußteil aus Holz dem 1,93 Meter langem Schläfer etwas zu kurz, aber das kennt man(n) besonders in den Alpenländern ja schon...! Sehr moderne neue Küche, ein großer doppelter Kleiderschrank und ein modernes Dusch-Bad mit starkem Lüfter... Und den mit der Nachbar-Ferienwohnung zu teilenden Balkon mit Esstisch für zwei und den Altpapier/Plastik/Metall Sammelbehälter für die Österreichtypische Mülltrennung. So muss man nicht ständig von der ersten Etage ins Erdgeschoss laufen zu den großen Tonnen, sehr praktisch. Zum Thema praktisch: morgens früh um 5 Uhr kommt aus dem 10 Autominuten entfernten Silian der Bäcker vor's Haus gefahren und füllt den im Eingangsbereich zuvor aufgestellten Brotkorb mit frischen Brötchen oder allem was man so auf den Bestellzettel zuvor geschrieben hatte. Abgerechnet wird am Ende des Urlaubs direkt im Café der Bäckerei nach Vorlage des Bestellzettels. Ein echter Service, gut eingespielt durch die Familie Köck. Wenn man möchte gibt es auch Familienkontakt und entsprechende Unterstützung bei Tagestrips nach Venedig, zu den Drei Zinnen, zur Grossglockner Hochalpenstraße, wohin man so gerne reisen mag für den Tag. Erfahrene Bergwanderer sind auch mit in der Familie, falls man die im Dorf gelegene Eishöhle mit Grubenlampe erkunden möchte oder mit Helm und Ausrüstung hoch in die Felswand steigen muss... Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung!
