"I enjoyed my stay here, it was nice and peaceful and the owner was very friendly and welcoming, when I booked my stay he contacted me a short while after to confirm the booking and also to find out if airport pick up was needed. "The pool was good and I like the bartender. The meals are buffet and the eggs ordered how I like. There is a beach shuttle. Local alcohol is free. The thing I dont like is the reservation dept who dont work sundays and dont acknowledge expedia.com reservations made on sundays. The staff need to be more helpful."

"There were cockroaches in the rooms. The room wasn't exactly like the photo. The ocean view was limited (which is why they charged me more money). I still saw the mountains. The dinners were terrible and uncreative; everything was repetitive. The food hygiene was questionable because there wasn't a single meal that suited me or my companion."

"La verdad que estoy muy disgustado ya que hice mi reservación a traves de EXPEDIA y al llegar al hotel la reserva no aparecía pero me tomaron la tarjeta y me dijeron que seguro llegaría y sino me lo cobrarían a la tarjeta. para mi sorpresa al hacer check out el hotel pe dijo que la "Nueva Administracion" solo trabajaba con "BOOKINGS" y que no tenia acuerdo alguno con Expedia. entonces para poder irme del hotel debían cobrarme la estadía en ese momento. asi que la pague con mi tarjeta y realice...

"It is an all inclusive resort with 3 pools, RCI ready, and I paid 40$ a day, not much can beat that, but is a modest hotel, TV is crap, only national channels and the signal is so bad you could hardly see anything, with a small investment it could be great, of course Venezuela has to change, in the 3 nights I stayed, the electricity went off for hours, they have an electric plant so really no issues with the hotel, but of course no cel signal or internet..."
