“Beautiful Resort with friendly staff ”

“When we arrived we were allocated a small corner room that was quite claustrophobic. We asked for a bigger room and moved to the room next door. This was bigger but had a strange set up of the toilet being up a step and behind a shower curtain! When we came to wash we found that the shower was just a dribble of discoloured water. They promised to get a plumber to look at the problem the next day. Next day no one had been to fix the problem. We ended up moving back in to the small room so……

“They wait on me hand and foot in all aspects. Plenty of staff to always have you takem care of without any complaints or even a worry. All the food was great I cleaned my plate almost everytime and that is rare at a buffet because you are trying so many different things. Legit five stars.”

“The staff are attentive, kind and helpful. The location is great - on a marvellous beach. The area has a plethora of good restaurants and yoga places. The hotel was clean. They were renovating the hotel when we were there, but we hardly noticed it. The electricity supply was not entirely stable, so be careful if you have important online meetings. It can be a bit noisy at night, but that's part of the atmosphere. I hope to get the chance to visit again. Warm recommendations from here. ”
