A wonderful villa with views to match. We couldn’t have picked better. The villa was extremely clean and tidy and just perfect for a couple. The pool was an added bonus. Arif the owner was absolutely delightful and was nearby if there were any issues but needless to say we did not need to trouble him as everything was perfect. This is a villa we would definitely return to again. Thank you for the use of Mini Arden.

A little disappointed

Arrival was late at night. A key was left in the door. We were pleasantly surprised on entering property lovely and clean stunning views from the patio. The owner had left us best welcome pack we have ever hadUnfortunately we found the next morning our fridge wasn't working we were advised it's OK hadn't been used for a while it was eventually replaced with another one that wasnt working a new under counter fridge was supplied as temporary measure until another larger one arrived in dirty state unusable for hygiene purposes. Thetwo fridges that were removed still sit outside our front door awaiting collection 5 day's bbq was unclean also attention to detail needed here

Lovely villa, reasonable size pool for the size of the villa. Not particularly overlooked. All roads around this part of Kalkan are quite steep. Only thing to note is that there isn't a washing machine, although the owner did offer to have our laundry washed for us. Nice and quiet location with great views. Taxi back from town after dinner was 300TLR, about 5 at the exchange rate we got before going out there.

Fabulous views

We really enjoyed our stay, the property is in a quiet neighbourhood and is spacious for two people. The owners are just close by and friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the views and sunsets over Kalkan.

The villa was exactly as described. Plenty of outside and inside space. The views and pool were amazing. To get to the property is a small steep climb and not for the faint hearted. Kalkan is in the hills so I recommend taxiing everywhere. The WiFi wasn't very good so I would buy an esim.
