Staff ( especially Sara) were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was easy to get to and had plenty of parking on site. Short walk to riverfront restaurants and a nice walk to all of the historic sites. Absolutely fabulous breakfast and a modern/ clean facility. We give this hotel an 11 out of 10 - it was WONDERFUL

We booked a room for 1 night as our son's wedding reception was held at the hotel. When we arrived, we were met by very attentive wait staff. We enjoyed a wonderful light lunch with the wedding party, then checked into the room. What a wonderful, quaint, beautiful, comfortable room! The hotel was very quiet. First off this hotel was great. We had stayed 4 nights and enjoyed it very much. The hotel staff were so friendly, nice, and welcoming. They all spoke English which made it very easy to ask questions or order food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was all delicious and the scenery around the hotel is so peaceful and relaxing. This hotel is on the Moselle River - outside the city center. We had a rental car, so no problem to drive into town for sightseeing as there is plenty of parking in town. Hotel staff was very, very accommodating and helpful. Room was spacious & clean. We stayed an extra night we liked it so much!

Beautiful property. Quiet but close to everything.

It's unusual to have a hotel fit your exact needs. It's not fancy, just friendly and efficient. Convenient location. The front desk is not manned evenings, but that wasn't a major problem. If you don't need a full-service hotel, try this one.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable! My husband is very sensitive to a bed that is too soft, but he slept like a baby on this one! The location was great as we wanted to be in the heart of the town center and walking distance to food, shopping, and all of the historical sites. We would definitely stay again when we return to Trier.
