"Communication was excellent. Location was great for what adventures we had planned. The basement apartment had everything we needed. The two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom was well equipped. Only thing that we did not enjoy was zero windows or way to see outside. Great place of you need a place to sleep, eat relax outside and quiet. "

"Spacious property, lots of walking opportunities. Our son fished, daughter and son-in-law splashed in the river. We sat by the creek and played our ukuleles and sang old time tunes. The house had everything we needed for cooking, showers, laundry and relaxing. "

"Second time visiting. We visiting on easter before. They've added some small appreciated upgrades. The road is a little rocky but its not far from the main road. Food at the nearby bar is fantastic. The views from the house are great. The hosts are the best, super friendly and communicate well. I have no complaints. Its a little hard for my elderly mom to get up and down the stairs but once on the 2nd floor. Its no issue for her. Overall, this is my favorite rental. From location, views and hosts."

"Wonderful place. The location is ideal. Walking distance to both the nice little town of Thomas one way down a river path and water falls the other direction. Easy drive to Blackwater Falls and everything else this hiker's paradise has to offer. Would definitely come back here again. "
