visited Sera Lake Resort Hotel with my family and it was a great experience. The staff were great, and the service was excellent. Room was clean and well maintained. The restaurant had amazing food. We enjoyed also the beautiful sceneries while having breakfast or lunch. We loved the evening with a great scoop of ice cream. Overall the experience was great. Will definitely visit again.

Room was clean and spacious. Has a view of the ocean. There is a pool with sauna downstairs. Located outside the city proper. Not a lot in the immediate vicinity. Be forewarned that the hotel does not serve any alcohol. You would have to buy from a liquor store and bring to your room. You can't drink in shared spaces like the terrace etc.
