Eşyalar oldukça yeniydi, çarşaflar ve yorganlar temizdi. Kombi çalışıyordu ama ek olarak klimayı da ısınma için kullandık. Her odada ayrı klima bulunması büyük avantajdı. Mutfak da oldukça büyüktü gerekli her şey düşünülmüştü. Kış ayı olduğu için Hava epey soğuktu ama normalde havuzunun baya sıcacık olması gerekiyor ki girilebilsin ama su normal ılık bi suydu sıcak bile denemez.
