"Hotel has an outstanding view of Mt. Kazbek and a very cool vibe overall. Food (and the coffee) was excellent and the staff professional and attendant. Gym, sauna, and pool were also great."

"Rooms are satisfactory and some face the town and mount Kazbegi, offering amazing views. The lift is a little awkward to access as it starts on the first floor, rather than the ground floor, so people with heavy luggage or mobility issues may experience some problems. Breakfast was reasonable, but eggs were very dry and on one morning most of the food was cold. However, staff were quick to respond and offered to make fresh food or heat it up, if requested. Overall the hotel was fine for a stay of one to three nights, but for longer stays i think there are better options."

Room was very spacious with everything you need in it , including tooth brush, breakfast was included, lots of variety, also we ate in the restaurant few times , food was delicious! Infinite pool was our favorite spot, lady who worked there was very helpful and fun to talk too! Thank you so much for having us! Galina O"

Minor issue with inadequate toiletries and towels, and could do with alittle more table space (tea facilities occupy same space as desk top, if you need to work. But the location is outside but walkable to town centre and quiet and peaceful at night."
