"This is a small old school motel. Located right along Hwy 51 within 2 blocks of the downtown shopping area. Very clean and quiet. Owners are very receptive and prompt to any and all requests for additional supplies, ice etc. Not real fancy or terribly roomy but clean and well kept none-the-less. Parking right in front of the room and even though it is on the highway it was pretty quiet. Would recommend for stays in the future"

"This was our 3rd time staying in the awesome house with our family. The house fit us perfectly! We all had our space/room and we just love it! The bedrooms aren’t particularly big but that didn’t matter because we were only in them to sleep. The beds are super comphy too! The fishing on Mercer Lake was fantastic. We enjoyed the deck area for morning coffee, reading , playing games or just relaxing. We miss the lake view! Doesn’t matter if you’re on the main floor or in the lower level you get a great view of the lake. The kitchen is fully stocked with absolutely everything you’ll need for cooking too. (Our family loves to cook). The lower level was my personal favorite. My room was down there. There’s a kitchenette down there and I set up a mini coffee/tea bar for my husband and I which was perfect for that first morning wake up cup. I set up a puzzle on the table that we all worked on throughout the week. The arcade game was super fun to show our kids we still got it! I think I was top scorer on Galaga! You can go right outside from the lower level which was so convenient and again the view is lovely. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards and of course the boat. Firepit area is large and had plenty of seats for our family. There is easy access to get in the water too. Perfect is you have younger kids because you have a private swim area. We brought our own tubs and enjoyed floating out in the lake which is very clean. We hope to come back again!"

Many places in the area to visit such as Vilas County Historical Society in Sayner and Crystal Lake Nature Center and beach. We hope to be back.Check in /check out very easy."

"Wonderful, relaxing, fun week up north!Between lazy mornings on the deck, tubing, fishing, yard games, and bonfires, my extended family (3 generations now!) had a wonderful time making memories.The home is spacious and lovely and includes everything you need for a large gathering. The property owners are welcoming, very responsive, and provide lots of information about the property and surrounding area.This is our 2nd time at the property and we will definitely come visit again sometime!"

"This vacation home was super clean, comfortable, very nicely furnished with modern finishes. We loved sitting on the deck (no bugs!) and looking out over the water. We saw multiple eagles every day. One eagle hung out in a tree by the waterfront. There is deer all over this neighborhood and we saw multiple deer every day as well. The loons calling to each other completed the "up north" experience. This home is out of town but so close to town it was very convenient to run to the store or out for supper. We brought our UTV as this property makes the trails very accessible. I can't say enough positive things about this property. "

"Great new house - very clean with everything you need for a week up north. We loved the layout, skylights and big windows that allowed for lots of natural light in the main area, well stocked kitchen, big comfy sectional to fit all 6 of us for a movie night, fire pit that was easy to access and had an amazing view of the lake and onsite pontoon. We have stayed 4 summers up in St Germain and this was our favorite house. Lost lake was very quiet in the mornings, perfect to paddle board or kayak ( both come with the house) but the afternoons had some boat traffic which made for more fun when we rented jet skis for a few days. Owners were always very responsive. Highly recommend "

"This cabin was exactly what I was looking for. Nice lake, no skiers, great deck, good beds, good pier, all the kitchen hardware you could need and just a cute, cozy atmosphere about the whole thing. If I had one negative thing to say it would be that the owner requires you take your garbage with you. I REALLY don’t like added requirements put on me after I get there. Put it in the listing. "

"My husband and three boys stayed here and we brought up our fishing boat. They boys loved walking out to the pier and fishing. We had other family memebers staying at other cabins on the lake and we all rented pontoon boats and went to the sandbar to swim and fish. The grills were great for making lunch and dinner. The cabin was cozy and very clean. Overall a great cabin to rent for the week! "

"Listing was fairly accurate. Except it says no pets and i found lots of what looked to be white dog hair throughout. Grill was unusable. The dock in the pictures are not the same dock. One of the steps down to the dock was broken and hazardous. We had to step over it. And there were no working outdoor lights. We made the best of our stay. Cant beat the location."
