“Beautiful ”

“Visiting family and friends in Nova Scotia, for more than a month and while I truly enjoy their company, I needed a short 'me time'. This was perfect for a 2 day get away and I could have stayed longer, but was expected in the Annapolis Valley. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen; knowing the type of coffee maker ahead of time would have helped me choose my 'grind' better. Cosy living area with a view of the lake. Extremely quiet while I was there. Owners close by to respond to my……

“This is a beautiful cabin right on the lake, very peaceful and relaxing! It is a good location for day trips to Lunenberg and the coast, and Kejimkujik NP. Well equipped kitchen (be sure to get groceries before arriving as limited stores nearby). Two canoes made for a fun day of paddling around the lake from island to island. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”

“Stayed for 3 nights in October 2025. The home was as described. Right on the water. Rooms good size, internet worked great, pet-friendly. Very secluded but not too far from town. Could hear owls in the evening and the local farm rooster in the morning. Worth the stay.”

Beautiful lake views from large deck livingroom and dining room.Kitchen has everything we needed to cook and serve 8 of us.We loved being on the lake in kayaks, canoe, and paddle board. “The lake house is a beautiful spot and just perfect for a family of 6. Warm and cozy when we arrived and the view of the lake was just lovely. So relaxing! Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed having the wood fireplace as it got a bit chilly outside. Great selection of kitchen items especially the coffee maker! The living room was very comfortable with all the bench seating and we definitely will be returning to this amazing place! ”
