"What an enchanting place! Delightfully decorated and well appointed cabin with every amenity you could wish for. I've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this one tops the list. Beavers, otters, ducks, and frogs greeted us each day. While kayaking, an inquisitive otter kept popping up to check me out. Another day, a beaver swam by, slapping is tail when it saw me. I slept up in the loft (my treehouse) and my friend in the downstairs bedroom. We genuinely wished we could cancel our other plans and stay on at the Sleepy Loon."

"Paradise on Ponhook was a beautiful, clean place for excellent family time with our family of eight. Everyone had enough space to stretch out and be alone when they needed, and plenty of space to all be together. The house is a few steps from the lake, and we used the paddle boards and the kayaks almost every day. Scott, our host, communicated well, and left a comprehensive house booklet. The kitchen was well stocked with no separation from the living area. We even saw a parade of chickens in the yard! It is a magical place!"
