“Overall, the stay was average, but there were several issues that made it feel underwhelming. A few things in the room didn’t work properly, including the toilet and the kitchen sink, which leaked during our stay. There were also no sheets provided for the pull-out bed, so we had to rely on our own ingenuity to make something work. While none of these problems were major on their own, together they added up and took away from the overall experience. The breakfast was also pretty lackluster.……

“The shuttle was great. Jeff I will get you where you need. Emerald and Jeff were great when the pool was out of order. They shuttled us to a sister hotel. That sister hotel was rude, but great pool. ”
