“I never got to check in. There was zero staff present nor did they pick up the phone the numerous times I called and when I was standing in the Lobby. ”

“Loved this place! The sunshine and warmth in the solarium made me feel like we left the Midwest for spring break! The seating around the pool and pool and ping pong tables were nice when the kids wanted a break from the pool. Our room was clean and the coffee machine in the lobby was an added bonus. ”

“The pool was icy cold. The shower was a just little bit warm almost cold. Foam plates are not acceptable for hot breakfast food. The door key worked after 5-8 attempts. Breakfast didn’t have any meat. The room didn’t have closet or hangers for jackets.”

“The breakfast was awesome! The pool was freezing, and the hot tub was broken. The front desk staff were wonderful! They were experiencing technical difficulties because a storm took out the phone and internet, so they didn’t know if rooms were reserved, already rented, or available. They had to go back to pen and paper. ”

“Location was best part of this hotel. Pool was on the cool side. Pool room smelled heavily of chlorine. Breakfast left alot to desire. Room itself was ok althought toilet and sink did not work great, and shampoo and conditioner that was provided was empty. ”

“Our room was very not clean. Chips by the bed frame’and the glass on the art work was very dirty and pretty gross. The artwork in the hall was also in very badly need of being cleaned. The edges of our room were dusty and desperately needed some extra attention. The shower was very nice. It did have a little corner shelf that was rusty and falling down. That was pretty gross and useless as we couldn’t put any products on it. We did appreciate the beds, which were very comfortable and gave……

“Wonderful stay for the price. Kids loved the water park. It was a $5 day for those not staying at the hotel..so it was packed, but not overly crazy. This was a Thursday evening. Elevator wait time was super long, which was annoying. You stopped every floor with a full elevator so never felt like you were getting where you needed to go. Free breakfast was super nice but very little seating for the amount of people that were there on a weekday. The line to get food got ridiculous the last hour it……
