Everything about our stay was good, except that the pullout couch could only sleep one person (it was advertised to sleep 2) and we had to buy an inflatable mattress as we were staying a week.

After traveling and staying in different hotels, must say the bed here is the best yet, most comfortable. Rooms are clean, bathroom is clean and great shower. Location is great. Only complaint is room smells musty.

Very disappointed that Hyatt couldn’t afford to have access to the NBA & NHL Championship games on TV. 😡

Right in downtown- very convenient location.

Overall, the front desk was not super-helpful. Thought friendly, they weren’t super knowledgeable when I had questions about parking, or utensils or hotel amenities. The little convenience store is also not super convenient (how do you have frozen dinners but not cutlery available?) and the selection was a little disappointing. Also, the toilet hummed every-time it was flushed. Which isn’t a functionality problem, but weird it wouldn't have been addressed considering the cost per night of a room. It was a great location, close to the hotel hosting the convention I was attending, but I don’t think I would make it a point to stay here again, if there is vacancy at another facility within a mile.
