Shout out to Cheryl at the front desk. She was very friendly and helpful when we checked in after a long drive. We enjoyed the balcony off our room and the view of the river and city scape. The bed was very comfortable. The valet service was quick whenever we requested our car. The toilet ran unless we flipped the handle several times after flushing. The bottom of the bathroom door was dirty. The inside edges of the closet doors need painting where paint has rubbed off. These are not a big deal but are small details that leave an impression on guests.

This is the second time in a matter of two weeks that I stayed here and it doesn't disappoint. The room service, timely, staffing amazing I kept getting locked out and staff personally left desk to bring me a key rather than wait for elevator to come down. Great parking. Good window vibes, window views and softest bed ever. Great place for a mini me time get away.

The staff was great very helpful and friendly Breakfast was okay due to me not eating pork they didn't have an alternative at the time the room was nice and spacious I had the balcony room the river view was beautiful would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone
