“First room they gave us had an awful odor so they moved us. Second room had a dirty floor and a broken hanger in the bathroom. The AC was broken on the second floor which meant that they opened the windows to keep it cool which it did not. Our room was adjacent to the elevator on floor 2 and the grinding of the elevator going up and down most of the night kept me from sleeping. The mattresses on the double queen beds were awful - would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor. My……
