This unit enjoys natural light from 3 large north facing windows providing gorgeous mountain views. This beautiful condo is just off of Warm Springs road and conveniently located one mile from downtown Ketchum. The unit is outfitted with extra touches like 8.5" rainfall shower heads, heated floors, Nespresso coffee maker with milk frother, Amazon Fire Stick. Hot tub access This unit is situated in a condo association, and is an end unit with great privacy and mountain views. Condo has a private entrance via stairway that only leads to this condo. The hot tub for the association is a 30 second walk from the front door. Condo has a dedicated covered parking space. 1224 square feet, 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6 adults. Pack and Play’s available on request. Both bathrooms are equipped with luxurious 8.5” rainfall shower heads. Memory foam mattress in the master bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen with cooking and baking supplies, spices, and cooking oil. Nespresso coffee & espresso maker with Aeroccino 3 milk frother, conventional drip coffee maker, gas oven and range, dishwasher and microwave. Granite tiles and large island with bar stools. Living room with gas fireplace, 42” Flat Screen TV Amazon Fire stick, ample seating area and kitchen table. Hot tub on site as well as a gym. A bike path runs along the entrance to the condo association and provides quick two wheel or walking access to town. Nearby Heidelberg Hill Trailhead connects into Adam’s gulch, which is a popular trail for hiking and mountain biking. The unit location is on the backside of the condos, situated away from the main road. We rented this place with the intent of having 6 people, my family plus my in-laws. We ended up with only the 4 of us which meant each kid had their own queen bed. The place was fantastic. Clean, well-stocked, and convenient to town and skiing. If you cook, the kitchen has all the tools and appliances you need, plus basics like salt and pepper, cooking spray, etc. The Nespresso coffee maker is amazing! Only thing that it did not have was wash cloths. I would recommend it over and over again! This was one of the nicest, hands down. The beds were wonderful, excellent showers, nice towels and sheets, kitchen outfitted to the nines, excellent parking and the views!! Absolutely nothing to complain about. We love staying up Warm Springs for its convenient access to downtown, the trails, hiking...I wish we could have stayed longer. If you have a baby, there is a high quality crib in the master bedroom so you don’t have to worry about using an older repurposed crib that is questionable. We didn't have a car but found getting to and from the mountain a breeze on the free town bus. We were also able to uber and taxi when needed and even enjoyed the 20 min walk into town. The property had a very well equipped kitchen. The living dining area was inviting and had a lovely view of a large meadow covered in snow. A huge elk herd greeted us every morning crossing the hill beyond.
