ATLANTIC BREEZE ~ 2B/2BA Renovated Retreat w/ Pool, Fitness Area & Beach!

PLEASE BE AWARE:
This community is currently undergoing balcony repair property-wide potentially through April 2026. A 12 person crew will be working section-by-section from 8am-6pm, 5 days a week, and Saturdays will be weather make-up days as-needed. Please understand there will most likely be some amount of noise heard throughout the community. This unit's balcony repair is currently scheduled for 3/9/26 - 4/24/26 and the noise will be significant when they are working on the unit. The construction dates are subject to change depending on how the project progresses. Our rentals have been priced to offset noise issues or any other inconvenience due to the construction project.

This newly renovated two bedroom condo is close to the airport, beaches, restaurants and minutes away from Duval. Updated condominium in a quiet gated waterfront community. The open floor plan overlooks the lush gardens with sliding glass doors leading to the expansive patio surrounded by a beautiful tropical landscape.

Newly designer decorated throughout with a tasteful nautical decor that has you feeling like you are on vacation just stepping through the front door.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
King bedroom and guest room with twin beds that can convert to a king. Family room has a queen sized pull out couch. Perfect setting for families, or couples traveling with friends.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES...
Start your stay on the island in this newly renovated, family friendly 2nd floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo (elevator access to 2nd floor). A spacious open kitchen with an abundant selection of kitchen supplies to match your culinary skill. Well equipped with a variety of glassware, place settings and service pieces.  You and your family or friends can all dine together at the 6 person dining room table (with additional bar top seating) or you may want to enjoy the fresh air as you sit on the balcony's patio table.  You can also relax and watch tv in the open living room from the couch or love seat.  Full-size washer and dryer is also included in the unit.

POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING...
Swim laps in the large heated, salt water community pool which overlooks the ocean with a community grill and fitness center nearby. The unit also comes with a pickle ball set as well as tennis rackets. Small beach area or walk to one of two nearby beaches, Higgs or Smathers (just a short 2 minute walk!). Bring your rackets and tennis balls to take advantage of the onsite tennis courts.  

PARKING...
Enjoy one covered parking space in the garage (larger SUV's may not fit). Plenty of additional parking available in the open lots in front of the units at no additional cost.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Absolutely the most relaxing place to stay.

The entire process from finding the condo on line to checking out was very easy. Property manager communicated with us entire time. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation get away. Close to everything. Community that lived in condos were extremely friendly

Key West Getaway

Two friends were visiting me in Naples from Germany. This was their first trip to Florida. They had heard about Key West and the drive to get there. The home was meticulous, well stocked, comfortable and inviting. The property manager Whitney was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is quiet but a bit removed from all the main attractions so driving is required to get anywhere. Overall a great place to stay!

50 birthday for twin nieces.

Everything was great, except the security guard was not a bit friendly. Treated my great niece that is 24 and very quiet, not rowdy or wild, very nasty. Even called her into his office and lectured her, for no reason. Plus talked about her to another as she went to the vending machine.

The garden and pool area mimics an upscale resort. We can’t wait to stay again in the future. Whitney is a jewel to work with as well! Exquisite!!!

Where to begin? About a week or so before our arrival Whitney, the property manager, texted to make sure we had received an email with arrival and checkin information and our preference for guest bed setup. The check-in instructions were very clear, made for easy access to our condo and Whitney was always a call or text away for any questions. It couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Now about Atlantic Breeze-it is truly a tropical getaway! This home is beautifully decorated and has so many personal touches. Just inside the door is a guest book, a bowl of Kisses and a small souvenir. We were greeted with soft lighting in each room. The kitchen is stunning with all new appliances and very well stocked with soaps, dw tabs and many extras. The laundry has a large front-load washer and dryer, again stocked with laundry tabs ,dryer sheets, and has a butcher block counter for folding clothes. The master bedroom, also beautifully decorated, houses a very comfortable large four-poster bed and the bath has a huge walk-in shower, a vanity with under lighting and a touch-sensitive mirror. Best of all, the lanai stretches across the entire length of the condo and can be accessed through the living room and both bedrooms. It overlooks a beautiful courtyard. My husband particularly enjoyed the lush tropical plants and palms on the walking paths leading to the hot tub, pool and private beach. This has been the most relaxing vacation we will be bringing our kids with us next year!

We thought that we would have had a view to the ocean, but it was blocked by trees in the courtyard area. The condo was nicely refurbished with everything that we needed. The only negative for the condo was that the beds in the guest room were horrible and the guests actually slept on the couch the entire stay. The on-site management folks were very help.
