Biggest downfall was the elevators out of order and not fixed on the day they said would be fixed, my elderly friend didn't leave much because of that issue and they could only get another room for us from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor which required 4 flights of stairs; the balcony furniture was torn in many places; the pull-out couch was uncomfortable; neighbors beside us smoke marijuana a lot and it filled our room with the smell; suggest to have a written paper of what all is offered rather than try to remember it all during check-in, such as, the hours for the shuttle, hours for breakfast, pool hours, etc. Where the shuttle drops off and picks up - very horrible spot to cross the street and depending on the time of the day, you may have to walk up to the light to cross and then down to the shuttle spot (and vice versa).
The staff should be able to know that Lyft and Uber are more cost effective than the local taxis. Also, some kind of "know before you go" would be nice about the 'no see um' bugs. These were absolutely a nightmare, if bugs love you. I didn't know for sure if it was bed bugs or the no see um bugs.
