LUXURY IN OLD TOWN...
Grand home in the Historic Seaport area of Old Town Key West. Tucked behind a canopy of palms this home has a unique sense of privacy. This property offers the utmost in privacy set gated, peaceful and quiet.
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

LOUNGE...
Relax by the private heated pool on a lounge chair or on one of the 2 expansive porches. Lush tropical landscaping throughout with tall palms offering generous shade to the expansive grounds.

DINE...
The cozy dining room is wrapped with earthy Dade County Pine walls and wood flooring. Dining indoors with plentiful bar seating or outside by the bbq makes for family meals together. Living area boasts plenty of indoor seating and a flat screen tv.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS....
Up to 10 people can sleep in this rare gem. There are two king bedrooms with two full ensuite baths off of the kitchen on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor is made up of the primary bedroom with king bed and full en suite bath. Enjoy french doors to a large private covered porch with bird’s eye view. Also located on the 2nd floor is a full bath that is shared by the two bedrooms on the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor is great for children offering a bedroom with two twin beds that convert to a king upon request, and another bedroom with a king bed.

OUTDOOR LIVING AND AMENITIES...
The Historic Seaport is in walking distance and where you will find quaint shops & restaurants just three short blocks to Duval Street and all of the attractions downtown Key West has to offer. Take a sunset cruise, go snorkeling, or grab a fishing charter.

BEACHES...
There is a small beach called Simonton Beach 0.4 miles away. Fort Zachary Taylor Beach is located 1.4 miles away. Another small beach called South Beach is 1.1 miles away. Higgs Beach is 1.5 miles and Smathers Beach is 2 miles.

Southern Belle, So Gracious and Charming
A short walk from the busy docks, the property offered the unexpected pleasure of staying in our own peaceful and private garden enclave. The nature-inspired design of the pool and the lush tropical foliage invited lingering on the lounge chairs and the porch. The patch of grass, although artificial, made great terrain for water fights, a game of beachball soccer, and sunbathing on a towel. Inside, the home was spacious and charming, with island colors punctuating wonderful (original?) wood floors, high ceilings, and comfortable furniture. The bathrooms were also spacious and bright but lacked a shelf or two and, in those on the first floor, a place to hang a handtowel. Additionally, bedside lighting was cozy but not sufficient for bedtime reading. But, ultimately, those were minor details. All eight of us, from 5 years old to 80 years young, loved our stay and wish we could have lingered at the lovely Southern Belle.

We selected the Southernmost Belle due to its location, as well as it fit the needs of those that were joining us. The house was perfect, and we loved the openness of the kitchen, dining and living room. We have recommended this property to our friends that are looking to come to Key West in the coming months.

Centrally located, perfect walking distance to almost everything, beautiful property including a nice yard and pool. My family....ages 5 to 78 all enjoyed our stay. There was enough room for family gatherings to be together and individual time quietly by one's self. It suited our family of 10 perfectly!!

Perfect house in a perfect location
This is the second time at this property. You can’t beat the location yet it is so private. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is great to cook in, pool is nice, and the whole house is very clean. The property manager is very easy to work with. We will be back.

Southernmost Belle, Key West
The Southernmost Belle is a beautiful house, and it was in perfect condition when we arrived. Shana (the manager) was extremely helpful to us throughout our stay and couldn’t have been nicer. We all were first-time visitors to Key West, and we could not have picked a better house or one in a better location. Shana deserves all the credit for keeping the Sputhernmost Belle in such perfect shape.

Southernmost Belle
Our group of 5 had an amazing experience at the Southernmost Belle! It was a beautiful home, the rooms were large and bright, and the beds were very spacious and comfortable. The inside living and dining areas were clean, well appointed, super comfortable and really good spaces for hanging out. And of course the front porch and pool were so relaxing and inviting! Our host was very responsive and accommodating and was even nice enough to let us check in a little early! Of note, it’s a short walk to the docks, very quiet and close by to great restaurants, the beach and anything else you might need. Everybody had a great time and can't wait to get back soon!

A true Gem of Key West
There is only one word to explain this home… AMAZING!!! From the moment we walked through the gates, past the private yard and pool up to the front porch of this stunning home, we knew we were on vacation. The house has been well kept and very clean. Everything about this place was relaxing and even the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was large and allowed us all to cook together and make wonderful meals when we’re not eating out. The only disappointment to this home was when it was time to leave. We all looked back one last time at the house and said we will be back next year to rent it again.

Overall a wonderful experience
This property was exactly what we were hoping it would be. It's a beautiful classic home and extremely walkable to all of downtown Key West. The property manager was very communicative and I was able to text at any time with questions starting a few days before. Property manager was very responsive and kind. The only reason there's a four-star on cleanliness is because there were some items on the floor when we arrived in a couple of the bedrooms, including an NSFW item. We're all adults, so it was kind of funny, but thought I would explain! The property manager said once we left they were doing two weeks of work on the house, so I am sure the next group that stays here will have an even better experience! The only thing I would recommend that gets added to the listing or check-in process is perhaps a picture of the driveway entrance, because the property is secluded and all you can see from the street is the driveway. We loved the privacy, but it took us a hot minute to find the house at first!

AMAZING!
The house was everything and more! The pictures look EXACTLY like the house and it was incredibly clean - my friends and I never wanted to leave! It is in such a good location as well, very close to the harbor and Duval but off the beaten path so it is very quiet. The property manager was also available for questions which was very helpful. I definitely recommend staying here - key west charm with modern comfort. I want to book it again now!!

Great House in the Best Location!
This house had everything we could ask for. Beautiful inside and out. The Porch and separate deck gave plenty of room to gather. The pool is small, but perfect for our use, and we used it every day. We also were 2 blocks from the Marina and from Duval St. We will stay here again!

Beautiful Oasis
This was a great property. There were 4 couples that came down to celebrate turning 40. The house is gorgeous, the pictures online are great but the atmosphere was even better than we had hoped for. We spent a lot of time outside at the outdoor patio furniture just relaxing. Some of the chairs are in need of replacing however when we mentioned it to the property manager she said they had new ones on order that were coming in. The house was great, anytime we had an issue the property manager was quick to fix it. The rooms were great, the two rooms upstairs have a low ceiling, great rooms but if you are tall you might need to be careful standing up when getting out of the bed. It was perfect for our group, since there were 4 couples each of us had our own bathroom which was great. The property was a great location, it was an easy walk to Duval Street and was pretty quiet while we were there, only a few roosters came to visit. I would definitely recommend this if you are looking a place you can relax and still enjoy all that Key West has to offer. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again if we come back to Key West!

Great location, great property.
We had 3 couples and 2 singles with us. All adults. Better for 3 adult couples with a couple of kids because the top floor does not have an attached bath and is smaller than the 1st and 2nd story rooms. Have to use the extra full bath o. The 2nd floor. But the property was great, location was very central and we highly recommend it.

Perfect Location
This beautiful home was perfectly located and accommodated our party of 9. It was extremely quite and had a beautiful lush yard with a swimming pool and barbecue pit. We sat outside everyday and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. If we return to Key West, I will certainly rent this place again.
