Tropical Properties Vacation Rentals invites you to our beautiful historic home located in Historic Old Town Key West. This home is located just two blocks from Duval Street and in the center of all things Key West. This home was originally built in 1929 and has been painstakingly restored to include every modern amenity.
The space LOCATION: This tropical destination is a two block walk from Duval Street where you will be dazzled with boutiques, restaurants, nightlife, gallery viewing, shopping and an abundance of other activities, yet the neighborhood is quiet and serene. The homes is located 5 blocks from South Beach, 8 blocks from the North Harbor, a comfortable walk or bike ride to everything Key West.
HOUSE LAYOUT: The home is boasts a gorgeous brand new front porch and new pool, with an abundance of patio furniture an outdoors oasis. This home has hard wood floors and modern tile throughout, a spacious family room, central air, washer/dryer located inside the home, a dishwasher all rarities in Key West rentals and makes this a truly enjoyable space.
BEDROOMS: This home offers 3 beautiful bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. Every bedroom on the first floor has a TV, all have tropical décor, new linens and comforters. The first floor features 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a queen bed, dresser, two night tables and a large closet. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, two night tables and large closet. The living room included a brand new sofa queen sleeper The second floor is a loft accessed by stairs as shown in the photographs with a ceiling height of 5'2" and has two twin beds, 2 dressers, night stands, and a clothes rack.
COMMON AREAS: The kitchen contains all brand new top of the line appliances, a refrigerator with an ice-maker, microwave and dishwasher. The dining area contains a comfortable configuration.
PETS: No pets are allowed in this home, this is NOT pet friendly.
PARKING: There is designated parking space on property for two FULL SIZE vehicles, an absolute rarity in Key West.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The tropical outdoor space is furnished with several seating areas both in the sunshine and shade. The back of the home offers a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of nearby Duval Street. Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the house. Front door, side alley, and facing backyard/pool.

Very beautiful property. Property is decorated superbly. The outside entertainment area is fantastic with pool, waterfall, chaise lounges and table chairs. Wonderful bathrooms! A convenient location. 2 parking spaces is a big plus as well. We enjoyed this stay very much.
The owner is the property manager! I have used VRBO many times over the years for 3-30 day stays across the country. Having the owner available is the best. Michelle was always a text, email, or phone call away. Any issues were cleared up immediately. Always responsive and willing to talk. The home is delightful conch house completely remodeled in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to cook and clean with the cookware and supplies in the house. The pool was always comfortable (not always the case in Key West - some charge extra when you wanted it "heated").We come to Key West without a car so we can walk everywhere - and this location makes that easy. Close to the grocery store, restaurants and a short walk to the action on Duval, the beach, or shopping.Another added bonus is that they include 2 bicycles with locks! This saves hundreds in bike rental costs. All in, it was a great place to stay!
MICHELLE WAS A WONDERFUL HOST. HER PLACE HAD EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY NEED. HOUSE WAS SPOTLESS. POOL WAS PERFECT! LOCATION WAS GREAT,LOTS OF PARKING. IF COMING TO THE KEYS I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR SURE

My husband and I love this property. The house is totally renovated and everything inside is brand new. From the kitchenware to the custom window treatments. The location is great. You’re just a few blocks from Duval Street, the Key West pier, grocery stores, etc. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. The house was super clean and very well stocked. The pool is perfect with plenty of sunshine. We enjoyed many afternoon’s just wading and relaxing in the pool. The house has 2 bikes that you can use to cruise around the island on. The location is very quiet at nighttime too, we really enjoyed the peacefulness. The owners, Michele and her husband, Josh, are very accommodating with any questions you may have. You will not go wrong when selecting this property for your Key West stay. I’ve already booked my vacation for next year with Michele and Josh. It’s truly a beautiful rental. It’s a gem
We just finished a fantastic two month stay at 826 Johnson Lane. Wow! What a great time and a great place! The house is newly renovated and the owners spared no expense. The house and furnishings are all high quality and they seem to have thought of everything! The pool and back yard are beautiful and great for entertaining. The kitchen is well appointed and the family room is very comfortable. The bathrooms are well done with high end multi jet showers. The bedrooms are private and comfortable – each with a large flat screen television! The loft makes a great third bedroom and there is a lot of room up there! The house is also in a great location – tucked away on Johnson Lane. Close enough to walk pretty much anywhere you want to go, but not on a main street so you don’t get late night traffic of people coming back from Duval Street. The neighbors are friendly and helpful and you really get the feel of being “a local!” Josh and Michelle are great hosts as well. Very responsive and helpful with all requests and questions. Could not more highly recommend! 😊
