Gondola-side, oversized 1 BR. Pool, 2 hot tubs, in the heart of Keystone village

Quiet and relaxing river-facing oversized 1 bedroom condo on the first floor. Private patio. Full kitchen. 2 hot tubs (one for adults only), pool with a slide. Gondola is 100 meters from the building. Just across the footbridge is Keystone's River Run Village with restaurants, coffee and shopping. The footpath takes you all along Keystone to the skating rink, keystone lake and bike path.
Heated garage (1 spot, 7'6" garage door height clearance) and ski locker, game room, exercise room, steam room. Keyless entry.
The Springs at River Run is the best resort condotel in Keystone!

**Update: The Kindred Resort in Keystone is being built next to the Springs. We cannot wait for it to be finished because it will be nice to have fine dining and an upscale bar right next door. Meanwhile, there might be construction noise during your stay. It is on the opposite side of the building from my unit, but depending on the stage of work, you might hear noise. You will definitely hear and see the progress while at the pool, apart from Sundays.

Spectacular Location!

Lisa is a wonderful host! The location can’t be beat especially if you are going for ski season. The pull out bed is comfy and made this a perfect place to spend some time with the besties! 10/10 recommendation.

Keystone relaxing getaway

Relaxing atmosphere with both families and couples. We hiked, explored the mountains, and then returned to our condo to unwind in the hot tub and pool. This resort is amidst the stunning mountain scenery, enjoying leisurely activities like hiking, biking, paddle boarding, fishing, or simply soaking up the sun.

Ski vacation

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was great, and our unit was awesome. First floor room that had snow right out the patio door - which made our 5 year old very happy. The owner was extremely helpful and prompt with her responses to any questions we had. We have nothing bad to say whatsoever and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This condo is awesome! The views are great and the location as well. We came off season but the views are worth it any time of year. Our host was very accommodating and the condo was extremely clean. We will definitely come back!

Fabulous Keystone Condo location

This condo was perfect for my trip. Location, Location, Location! Close to the Gondola. Just the right size for one. Everything worked perfectly and was immaculate.

Perfect!

The unit was clean and very spacious compared to other units nearby. We were pleasantly surprised. Lisa was very responsive. It’s a 5min walk to the gondola, so it was a easy walk even with young kids. Thanks for having ample amount of hooks throughout the unit to hang all of our ski gear - too many condos have “Live, Laugh, Love” decor and not enough hooks these days!!

Nice place- just note no A/C

We had a great time, but did stay in the heat of the summer. Fans are provided and windows with screens are located at the back of the property so we were eventually able to cool the unit down. That was the only thing we had a tough time with since we are used to A/C being standard, I did not realize there was not any. Otherwise the unit is well furnished, clean, comfortable and the resort was nice. Construction was happening, but the owner was very upfront about that and the hours they were working did not interrupt our sleep or relaxing time. Overall a great stay!

3 Bluebird Days!

The condo/apartment was just as described and pictured on VRBO. Everything was clean, organized and in working condition. Location was good, just a five minute walk to the River Run gondola and Summit Express. Unfortunately, another developer decided to build condos between River Run and the gondola so you had to walk around the new construction. Without that development it would only have been a 2-minute walk. It did not however create additional noise in the unit I was in. Thanks Lisa!

Noisy Neighbors

The resort was fine. There is a lot of construction going on around. That can be noisy but the noise mostly came from other kids. Mostly screaming up and down the hallway and slamming doors. We yelled at a few that were screaming in the hallway riding luggage cart. Not sure where their parents were. I booked this place because of the pool. It was nice but looked like it needed some TLC. Some of the water features were not working and one of the hot tubs was out of order. My son enjoyed the slide so it was worth it. I was going to use the pull out bed but there were some stains on the sheets that made me second guess that decision. So i slept on the couch without pulling the bed out. Overall this place did the trick. We were not in it much mainly for sleeping. My wife and kids enjoyed the king size bed.
