This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sleeps 8 with a king bed, two queen beds, and a full-sized bunk bed. It features a private garage and private laundry. High-end finishes throughout including an updated kitchen and beautiful bathrooms. The private deck offers beautiful treed and mountain views. With the resort shuttle picking up nearby you’re just minutes from the gondola, shopping, restaurants and festivities. Guests of The Alders have access to the shared pool and hot tubs at Dakota Lodge in River Run Village. The entryway offers mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Head upstairs to the main living area that features vaulted ceilings and a large picture frame window with beautiful views. There's a flat screen TV above a gas fireplace with stone surround. The homeowner has provided a selection of board games for your enjoyment. Just off the living area is access to the private deck with beautiful mountain views. Sit back and enjoy the fresh mountain air with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area seats six with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of three bathrooms is just off the main living area and has a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is private laundry just outside this bathroom and detergent has been provided for your convenience. The primary bedroom is also on the main level. It features a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a mounted flat screen TV. Take advantage of the sliding glass doors and enjoy the fresh mountain air and treed views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops and a large walk-in shower with tile surround. The first guest bedroom features a full-sized bunk bed with Ivory White Bedding. Downstairs are two guest bedrooms and a den. The den has a mounted flat screen TV and seating. There is also a wet bar with a small refrigerator. Both guest bedrooms feature queen-sized beds with Ivory White Bedding. There is a guest bathroom downstairs and it has double sinks with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. \*Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 3 nights to be reserved. Is nearly new and has four well sized bedrooms plus two living areas. My family of 5 adults and 2 children were very comfortable there. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and the towels and sheets are very nice. We have stayed in many rental condos and homes in Breck, Keystone, Silverthorn, and Vail and this condo had the nicest finishing touches of any of them. It felt like home. The only thing I would note about this property is that the pool and hot tubs were not on site. You drive to a hotel in the river run main area and use theirs. Not a big deal, but worth noting. Getting to the mountain is simple, the orange route free shuttle picks up just outside your door and drops you at the main entrance to River Run. The black shuttle picked up there on some days but we couldn’t figure out that schedule. Don’t hesitate booking this one! It’s perfect for families or friends looking to hang at Keystone and it is very well priced for what you get!
