As we complete the final touches of Kindred Resort, select amenities, including the fitness center, spa, and kids zone, are coming soon as part of Kindred's phased opening. Fees Upon Arrival

• Security deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 1 night stay plus tax is due at booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
