Staff is very responsive. Location next to Saki Naka metro station is very helpful. Free Wi Fi, so much advertised, is terrible - doesn't work and they seem to be forever fixing it. The breakfast supposedly included in the fare is simply two buttered toasts and a cup of tea. Quite avoidable.

Great stay. Room was large and clean and full amenities. Staff is extremely freindly and helpful. We stayed about a week and it was perfect for our needs. It is a busy area but we had a quiet room in back away from street noise and there is shopping that is conveniently location next door
