"We got stuck in elevator for , an hour.Hotel staff didn't contact us in try to make things okay.And we had to call 911 I to get out of the elevator And still to this day , we have heard from the hotel people"

"The property is very dated and far from being clean. The room we got is VERY different from the photos of the models. The room was large and indeed had some kind of the view of the ocean. But I would not return to this place. You deserve better on your trip to amazing Maui!"
