“The place was so beautifully well kept. My husband and I were on our honeymoon and we were traveling through England. This place was conveniently located near the middle of the city and about a 10 minute walk to the train station, however, it was not noisy. It was like our own little apartment away from home. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re wanting to vacation to York! We will be back! ”

“Property was excellent all around. Very convenient to the train station and just right over the bridge into the town. The street was quiet and safe, and the apartment was nice and spacious. “The hotel location is very good nearby the riverside. but the cleanliness and sanitary condition wasn't acceptable. There are too many ants in the living room,bed room as well as in the kitchen. Then I informed the landlord and he brought the Insecticide to kill most of these ants, he apologized and explained due to the weather caused so many ants moving in the house, my boy was very scared and he felt very disgusting of it. “Very friendly reception from the landlord Gareth who provided a most enlivening atmosphere in the Duke of Wellington ie a darts match for the men and Easter wreath making for the ladies. No food unfortunately but we found an excellent Italian restaurant in nearby Northallerton. The courtyard room was clean and comfortable, marred only by a very awkward shower - not easy to enter, due to lack of space.”
