The only reason i gave this hotel four stars is that i had to go for the cheapest room. Had only one Tiny window and that doesn't help if you need light for work. I'm sure more expensive rooms were great, I just didn't had a chance to experience it. Restaurant was outstanding. And staff ... beypnd expectations. They will go not only an extra mile for you, but ten miles. I felt welcomed and important.

Shower tray was blocked. 30 second shower and would the flood the bathroom. Window was broken (open). Smoking area below and people screaming and drinking till 1.30am. Only got 4 hours sleep. Will not return.
