Tucked just a few blocks from the sound and minutes from the beach, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is perfect for families, couples, or friends looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy everything Kill Devil Hills has to offer.

With two comfortable queen bedrooms and a fun bunk room featuring two sets of bunks, there’s room for up to 8 guests to settle in and make memories. The coastal casual décor creates a relaxed, beachy vibe throughout the home, and linens are included—no need to pack sheets!

Whip up meals in the fully stocked kitchen, enjoy coffee on the screened-in porch, and cap off your evenings around the backyard fire pit. There's also a gas grill, large outdoor shower, and a spacious carport to make beach life easy.

Remote workers are welcome too—there’s a dedicated workspace with a desk and reliable WiFi, so you can log in, then log off and hit the beach.

We’ve got you covered with bikes, beach gear, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. Whether you're heading to the nearby Avalon Pier, exploring local restaurants, or taking a sunset stroll along the sound, you'll love how centrally located you are in the Outer Banks.

The beach pass is the ONLY pass we get. Please take good care of it as we can’t get another. Be sure to leave on the counter when you leave.
The paddle board is not available for guests. But feel free to use the bikes, kayaks, and beach gear. Rinse off and return at the end of stay.

Great place to stay.

The host was very friendly, and responded quickly to our messages. This was our first trip to OBX, however we would gladly stay here again.
