“A 6 and a half out 10 experience. Very overpriced. When I checked in I was nearly allocated a standard room on the ground floor, but I paid for the luxury room with a balcony. I rather stay next time at the Protea Hotel at the Big Hole, which has a fabulous lounge area, restaurant and buffet breakfast included, for just R400 more per night. Also be careful when you book, even if you select to pay when checking in, you will be charged immediately via NightsBridge. Very confusing. Was a major……
