Nice budget hotel in excellent location, 5 minutes walk to tube, resturants and shops. rooms were clean but facilities need refurbishing. Staffs were helpful, Mr. Sam, Ms Hamma and the general manger were nice , friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was about average but fine. Thank you for a pleasant stay and may consider to stay there again next time.

bad service, not recommend
all are hand wash, even the one near the bath tub. and cant open the window cause of broke handle, ask for help from staff, really not helpful! wait at the lobby for 25mins, finally willing to change another room for me! really cant stay a room without oxygen over night

The location is good for people who are driving with easy parking. The bad point is the room's lack of temperature control. The temperature is locked at 22 degrees, and I informed reception that they can't do anything about it. It is freezing cold inside the room.
