“Not enough parking for each unit we had to park on the street”

The shower was in the path tab and some of the equipment was on the cheap side like toaster etc. I couldn't recharge our Segway scooter and no option not even the basement to recharge was given to me. I've asked to be contacted by the responsible person to ask politely for other options but was not even contacted like promised the day before. Therefore I was only able to use it for one day. “They were under construction-----------We were not warned before. Expedia screwed up my reservation. I ordered a DOUBLE STUDIO room but Expedia changed it into a QUEEN STUDIO ROOM. I NEEDED 2(TWO) BEDS As I was traveling with my 54 year old daughter and we were forced to sleep in the SAME bed-----------------------------I am 83 years old--------------It was not good”

“Issues with checkin, could not checkin untill 6.30pm very annoying. Room was dirty with cockroaches, musty smell. no key was for lock up was provided. TV did not work. Nosies tapping on the wall and windows at night, our children were terrified. pet could not go outside overgrown grass and junk. Stains on the sheets overall very very disappointing. ”

“I loved the staff and their customer service but the place was under maintenance. First room had a very strong moldy smell and damp carpet. Second room that we were shifted too was quite nice but someone was smoking Marijuana in the room next or above so we could smell it through the doors even though there is a sign saying no smoking allowed. Shower pressure was very weak and dribbling. However the customer service was excellent”

“The apartment that we stayed in had been freshly painted and the fumes were overwhelming. Woke up with headache. The other apartment had minor problems like the shower head was broken and the sink wouldn't drain.”

“The rooms are luxurious,but yet relaxed. The staff are always on the lookout,for there guests. Greeting with polite and well mannered. Once all the kinks are sorted..like any new establishment wow wow. Do yourself a favour and go to the rooftop bar,and indulge in everything. 👏 We will be back.”
