Kingsford Vacations from $625

Despite stating on their website that emotional support animals would be considered as welcomed to guests free of charge, when I arrived at the location, I was told no cats. They said any other type of emotional support animal would be allowed, including fish, guinea pigs rabbits but not cats. I had already paid and did not get a refund because on their website. It also says that there will be no refunds if the reservation is changed in anyway. I had written on my reservation that I had an emotional support animal that was a cat and before arriving to the location nobody called and told me this was not acceptable. I am very disappointed as I am homeless and spent every single penny. I had to be in this location during the Fourth of July weekend so that I would not be sleeping in my car with people all around. I will never ever book a stay at this location again.

Not good for handicap people no handrail. Toilet very low to the floor.
