Beautiful and fun for everyone
My entire family absolutely loved the cabins. Shan was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor setup was amazing and all of our kids loved it! It is the perfect setup for large family gatherings and very kid friendly. I’d highly recommend.

Our vacation this year was so special and staying here made it just that! There was so much to do and everything is so well taken care of and everything we needed. We are a competitive family so having so much to do made our time so special! The lake was close and so nice with a good little beach! Perfect stay!

Amazing place with lots of amenities
Our group takes a vacation together every year. This has been the best house we have stayed in to date. The amenities are outstanding. The owners were so accommodating. The dishwasher broke while we were there and they promptly came and checked it out and had a replacement the very next day. We wanted to play corn hole after dark and asked where to go buy some lights and they very generously provided us with spot lights so we could play. If I had to say anything negative about this place it would be hard to find something. The only thing that would make this an extra big win for us is if it had been closer to the water. We loved it and would stay again!

The house was just perfect for my family ranging from 85-4. There are so many places and things to keep the entire family busy and happy. Every bedroom is beautiful and comfortable. I highly recommend this to any family small kids, or teenagers.

This property is just as listed! The beds were comfortable, the house was well stocked and there was more than enough room to spread out. The owners live two lots over and were there for anything we needed. The were enjoyable to talk to and taught our group how to play pickleball. Yes you share the game/rec area with the other rental next to you, but you have your own patio and fire pit. We will not hesitate to rebook this rental or the one next to it next time we go to Lake Texoma fishing!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The bedrooms are large and functional. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is plenty of entertainment inside and out for all ages. The host is extremely hospitable. Highly recommend!

Great property and easy communication w/ property owner. Plenty of room for our group of 11 - We will certainly book again in the future. Pros: Game Room, Access to Lake, Multiple Bathrooms, Newer House w/ Well Appointed Kitchen, TVs. Cons: Not Much, but there is a cemetery directly across the street. Not a big deal, but a little weird when you first get to the property.

Perfect for a large group
We loved our stay in this quiet neighborhood by the lake. We were able to walk over to the beach where the kids could swim and the adults could fish right off the dock. There were many rooms and so many beds to choose from. One bedroom down stairs was perfect for my older mother and father who cant so stairs well, it was also towards the back of the house so when they wanted to sleep they didnt hear all the rest of us still up making noise and playing. Our hosts were very helpful and close by when we needed help with our propane tank or the wood for the bonfire. We would definitely stay again.

Great for a Big Group!
We stayed here with extended family & there was plenty of room. It has a well-stocked kitchen. The bunk room does not have sturdy wood beds. They are metal and rickety. Also, there is no suspended twin although one of the bedrooms is described as having one. The property description says the photos will be updated, but we booked the property in February; stayed in April; and now it's June and the description/photos have not been updated. It is still a wonderful property, but renters might want to know the differences between the descriptions and what is actually there.

Clean, spacious, fun and convenient
The place is very well kept. The owner is super nice, we’ll try to up pickle ball next time. We had a large team meeting and everyone had their own space. It was very close to the lake with a well kept lakeside area, as well as Chickasaw Point golf course.

This was the perfect house for a great getaway. The house was very clean and had everything you need. Lots of space for the family with endless games for the entire family to enjoy. Lake and trail was only a few minutes away. The owner (Shan) was very welcoming and friendly. We can't wait for our next trip back. Have a great stay.

Great weekend getaway
We had an extended family vacation at this location and we all enjoyed our stay. We had the understanding that it would be 5 bedrooms with a bunk room attached to one of them. That was not the case, it was 4 bedrooms with the 5th counting as a separate bedroom. So, we weren't quite prepared for that, but made it work. The kitchen was well stocked with the minimal cooking we did. The cabinets and drawers were labeled, so that made preparing food much more convenient. The owner brought a box of s'mores for the family to make which was a kind gesture that the kids appreciated. There was a range of children staying here from newborn to 9 years old, and it was well accommodated for them. There is some play equipment outside which was nice for the slow afternoons. The lake "beach" as our children called it was only a short 7 minute walk away. It was a wonderful way to spend time together as cousins from all ages. Overall, I would say that our stay was enjoyable and we'd recommend it to others as well!

Great lake houes!
We were very happy with the house and the host was very accomodating. The house was very clean with up to date features. We enjoyed the poker table, pool table, ping pong table and back patio. One thing of note is that the bedrooms upstairs use sliding doors that don't completely cover the entryways like normal doors, so if some people go to sleep while others are still hanging out downstairs, they'll likely hear the noise downstairs. The back bedroom upstairs with the many bunk beds is far enough away though. Outside of that, the houes was perfect for a company-client outing

We rented the home for a family get together celebrating my parents' 65th anniversary. It met all our expectations. The home is spacious and very comfortable. The layout was well thought out and many little details that we so appreciated. I think a lot of care and thought went into building this home. We have rented quite a few homes over the years into Colorado, etc., and this house ranks as one of the top. Manager very easy to work with and answered any questions we had promptly. I don't think you will be disappointed renting this home!
