Unfriendly staff, called front desk as we blocked the toilet, was given a plunger to unblock it ourselves. Pool and outdoor patio off limits to guests. Water at this property was appalling, super hard water that needs some sort of water filtration. Overall experience was a bit let down except for the gentleman that worked there. Customer service was non existent

Property is a little out dated and could use some touch ups on paint and in bathrooms. Has a weird smell through out the place. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night but they shut it off quickly.
