All smoking is conducted outside on the covered porch & smoking debris is thrown away in the metal smoking cans.
Hot Tub usage is provided. Directions to open & close the cover lifter are provided. The Hot Tub is checked & maintained daily by the homeowners.
It is the renters responsibility to remove all garbage and bottles At departure to the garbage depot in Windham Bag garbage $3.00 Recycling is free
