The only problem was that the shower bracket was broken. I'm sure this would've been sorted promptly, but just didn't have time to report it.

8.8/10 Excellent! (20 reviews)
The apartment was just as advertised, however the property could do with a little more TLC here and there. The TV did not work, the balcony had significant weed issues and wasn't swept, plus a drain which exits onto the balcony had left a build up of soil/debris. The door onto the balcony on the left did not lock either, however as were 4 floors up, this was not a concern. These were relatively minor issues and can be fixed quickly. Overally a very good stay and hugely convenient for Broad Street & Brindley Place.

Great hotel for an overnight stay, we were in Birmingham for a concert at the Utilita arena. Hotel is clean and very quiet. Breakfast was great.
The only criticism: the bar was very slow service, seems like no one really knew what was going on!!
