(37 reviews) My overall experience at this hotel was good. The hotel is nice, clean, and located in a very cool area, so it’s definitely recommended. My only feedback, if anyone from management is reading, is that while I understand this is an unmanned hotel (which is why I rated staff 3/5), the fact that they weren’t able to provide us with an extra set of sheets since we were three felt a bit strict and rigid. (65 reviews) I have traveled and worked in Japan for 10 years. This hotel onsen is the finest I have visited. The baths are located in your room, in common areas and in private family baths. There is a very special bath just steps away from the hotel below a WATERFALL, that can only be described as HEAVEN ON EARTH. I will return for another week at this hotel in April.
