This is not a hotel, which is fine so long as you know that before arriving. The accommodations are comprised of seven [separate] very small rooms on the lower level of someone's house, with shared common room and shared kitchen. Some of the rooms share a bathroom so it is more like a hostel with private rooms than it is a hotel. Located in a residential neighborhood, very quiet. The owner/operator is quite pleasant and friendly. Fine place to stay if you are not expecting a hotel and much less expensive than hotels in the area; so quiet you will get a good night sleep.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff at The Harbour House. They were attentive and excellent. The breakfast was excellent and definitely the best part of our stay. By midweek, the staff new our orders by heart. We booked a 'modest' room (the Yellow room), and it was indeed modest in terms of it being a historic home and the uniqueness that comes with that. The room was very clean. Even within the modest room, my only suggestion would be that the mattresses could use a refresh.

The location of the hotel and the rooms are pretty awsome. However, the gym and the breakfast should be better gor an jotel of this price
