We purchased this property in March 2023 and have refurbished it to be a perfect holiday escape especially for families and respectful adults. There’s a Webber BBQ, new espresso machine, two lounge areas with Smart TVs in each, kids rumpus with games and a ping pong table (converted dining).

Magnificent location. We are nestled between the famous Golf Course and Kinloch domain with playground and tennis court. Stroll through the domain to the shop, lake and marina.

We love the walks and mountain bike tracks including Kawakawa Bay and Great Lakes. Entry to Whangamata Reserve is next to our neighbour’s house!

This house can accomodate up to 10 in 4 bedrooms (one is large rumpus with pull out couch). Cot available on request. Large yard ideal for cricket (bat, ball, tennis rackets provided).

Dogs welcome in communal areas only (section is fenced and gated).
